Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We ship worldwide except for some Asian countries and remote areas.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Bleu Piscine, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, our returns policy is designed to provide a simple solution.
Return Timeframe
You have 15 calendar days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange request.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Be in its original packaging, intact and unopened
- Be in resalable condition (unused, undamaged)
- Include all original accessories and documentation
- Be accompanied by the delivery note or invoice
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Water treatment and maintenance products (Anti-Algae, Water Analysis, Other maintenance products)
- Hygiene and wellness products
- Bubble covers and winter covers that have been unpackaged
- Inflatable products with opened packaging (Inflatable play areas, Ride-on animals)
Return Process
Follow these steps to return an item:
- Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Complete the return request form (template provided below)
- Wait for our confirmation and Return Authorization Number (RMA)
- Carefully package the product in its original packaging with all accessories

Important: Clearly mark the RMA number on your package. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect product). We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service to protect your shipment.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. Your refund will then be processed according to the following timeline:

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different product:
- Follow the standard return process
- Clearly indicate in your request that you want an exchange and specify the desired product
- Once your return is approved, we will send you a promo code to order the new item without additional shipping fees (price difference may apply)
Defective Products
If you receive a defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and process a replacement as quickly as possible.
